Ben joined in July 2019 as the Marketing Director. Within that time Ben developed the channel shift strategy, led on the growth of retention activity such as email, championed the use of Ai, brought in a deep qualitative and quantitative understanding of the CMO customer and reinvigorated merchandising.

Prior to this Ben spent over 10 years working for leading brands in the baby consumables market globally, working across both B2C and B2B channels and partnering with some of the world’s largest retailers such as Amazon, Tescos, Tmall, Boots and CostCo. In 2018 and 2019, the brands he managed won the coveted title of ‘Parenting on Brand of the Year’, beating off industry giants such as Pampers.
