Brandi Douglas is chief human resources officer at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she implements and executes HR strategies and solutions which align talent acquisition and retention goals with short and long-term business objectives. Douglas is responsible for the development of programs, policies and procedures which support NRF’s values and drive engagement and performance.
Douglas joined NRF in 2012 as the benefits manager. Prior to joining NRF, she spent nearly 10 years in progressive HR roles with the American Nurses Association in Silver Spring, Md.
Douglas is a graduate of Salisbury University with a degree in communications.
