Mariana has accrued a wealth of experience in building and leading world-class products within the Fintech, eCommerce, and Food & Recipe spaces. Mariana approaches product management with deep customer empathy and an iterative, data-led approach to problem-solving. She has spent the last twelve years of her career at multiple Silicon Valley companies ranging in size and focus. Her tech career began at Microsoft, where she joined the Tellme Networks R&D team that was responsible for developing cutting-edge IVR technology. After many years building product and scaling teams as a PM for various start-ups, she made her debut into the FinTech space as a product leader at LendingClub. Mariana believes that to create any successful experience, above all, you need to fully embrace and advocate for empathy, understanding, and knowledge sharing. She is also a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity in tech, working as a mentor to several young women and LatinX colleagues.
