Rob LaCommare

Robert LaCommare, CFI, is Vice President of Asset Protection & Safety at Big Lots Inc. where he is responsible for asset protection, safety, business continuity and crisis response functions, as well as ecommerce fraud prevention. LaCommare has over 28 years of industry experience and has held leadership positions at Ascena Retail Group, Justice Retail, Limited Too, Structure, and ACO Hardware. LaCommare is active throughout the loss prevention/asset protection community, serving as a member of the NRF and RILA LP/AP Leadership Councils as well as various roles with the LPRC. A proud Spartan, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University. Robert, his wife and three children reside in New Albany, OH.
