Steve joined PointsBet as a Payments & Fraud Analyst in November of 2018 as one of the company’s first U.S.-based employees, working his way up to a leadership position of Senior Payments & Fraud Analyst by just August of 2019. In his current role, Steve oversees PointsBet’s Payments & Fraud department, managing a team of agents that primarily focus on creating, implementing, and owning all payments, KYC, and fraud policies and procedures for the company.
Steve brings to PointsBet several years of experience in the iGaming industry via multiple avenues. Before joining, Steve worked at Golden Nugget Online Gaming in the iGaming/Sportsbook support department. Prior to that, he worked for FanDuel as a Customer Support Agent.
A New Jersey Native, Steve attended Rutgers Camden Business School, where he acquired a BS in Finance in December of 2015. Steve currently resides in Denver, Colorado, and is based out of PointsBet’s new North American headquarters.
