Isenhour is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of leading teams who deliver results through the alignment of human capital strategies to omni-channel business strategies, ultimately improving bottom line profitability. Isenhour’s background in Human Resources, Operational Support, Investigations, Asset Protection, and Safety provides deep expertise of the relationship between people, processes, leadership and results. The combination of his formal education in Psychology and Criminal Justice, in conjunction with years of investigative experience has developed a skill set of identifying the details which matter most, true root cause, as well as, solutions. Isenhour has been with Lowes for more than 14 years working in various roles. He currently leads the strategic and execution efforts related to Asset Protection, Operations and Safety across the South Division retail network (12 states, 650+ locations). In addition, his responsibilities included the development and achievement of the operations and safety priorities within the organization consisting of 340,000+ associates and generating $70+ billion in revenue, and the supervision of the regional directors team, responsible for the execution and results related to internal/ external investigations, operational excellence, and the safety of every associate/customer.
